Anchor Bolt & Rebar Coordination

In this foundational steel scope, Fab Steel provided detailing for anchor bolt layouts, rebar integration, and baseplate templates for a large steel-framed warehouse. The anchor points had to align perfectly with fabricated steel delivered on a tight schedule, and concrete placement needed precision execution.

Our Steel-based workflow ensured all anchors were coordinated with baseplates, civil layouts, and embedded rebar cages. Field templates and core box cutouts were also provided.

Result & Impact

Thanks to precise coordination, anchor bolt cages were placed correctly on the first attempt, avoiding concrete rework or steel realignment. All baseplates fit during erection without site modification, saving time and cost.
