Offshore Platform Detailing

This project involved the full structural steel detailing for a 200-ton offshore platform skid used for oil & gas operations. Our scope covered 3D modeling, connection detailing, material take-off (MTO), and fabrication-ready shop drawings—all compliant with DNV 2.7-1 and client offshore standards.

Our team coordinated closely with design engineers and fabricators to ensure model accuracy and constructability. All drawings were developed in Steel Structures, and model coordination was carried out using Navisworks to ensure zero clashes and seamless integration across trades.

Key Deliverables

Fab Steel Engineering Services successfully delivered the complete structural steel detailing for a 200-ton offshore platform skid. The scope included development of a detailed Steel 3D model, fabrication-ready shop and assembly drawings, accurate material take-offs (MTO), anchor bolt and baseplate detailing, and clearly structured erection drawings with part marking plans. 3D Steel Model of the full offshore skid structure
